A new brand, fresh out of the oven.
Chef Matthew Kirshner trained with master pastry chefs from around the world, at renowned establishments such as the Russian Tea Room and the Essex House Hotel in New York City. We were super excited to discover he was opening a bakery in our town, and even more excited when he chose us to build his brand and website. Culinary accomplishments aside, he told us, "around here, I'm just Uncle Matt." We expanded on that sentiment with a warm, inviting tone that's just as delicious as his breads and, we hope, will stay as fresh as his ingredients.
